There are endless styles of wedding cakes – a style to suit each couple.
With so many options to choose from, the design process can be a little overwhelming. It is important to talk it all through and ask numerous questions.
To reserve your date, a booking deposit of €50 is required. The balance must be paid 2 weeks before the wedding.
Ordering up to 6 months in advance of your wedding day is advised.
Cake Tasting Experience
Clohessy Cakes tasting boxes are available throughout the year on set dates only. Individual taster dates are unavailable due to wastage and the number of flavours involved in producing a selection of cakes.
These taster boxes are a perfect way to sample our cakes before making a final decision on your wedding cake.
Each cake is individually hand wrapped and labelled, displayed in our beautiful branded boxes. Perfect to share with a loved one, either planning the big day or indeed, just enjoying some cake.
The taster experience includes six signature cake flavours:
Salted Caramel
A brown sugar sponge with salted caramel flavoured buttercream and salted caramel layers.
Lemon drizzle
A zesty & fresh lemon sponge with lemon buttercream and tangy lemon drizzle.
Raspberry & white chocolate
A delicious vanilla, raspberry and pomegranate flavoured sponge with white chocolate buttercream.
Red Velvet
A deep red colour with a light chocolate flavour, this sponge is layered with smooth white chocolate buttercream.
Milk chocolate Biscuit
A simple but classic biscuit cake using maltesers, digestive and rich tea biscuits.
White Chocolate Biscuit
Tastings are to be consumed within 24 hours.

The cost of a taster box is €25 for collection and €35 for tracking postage delivery.
