Payment
A deposit of €20 (+ depending on the size & style of the cake) is required to secure your order. Deposits can be sent through Revolut or PayPal. No order is secured until the deposit has been received. Balance must be paid in full prior to collection. If you do not have access to Revolut or PayPal, you may leave your deposit and balance in the letterbox at the collection point.
Please ensure it is in a sealed envelope with the following information:

Your order is not secure until a deposit has been received
Design
Final cake design needs to be decided before your deposit is paid. Design changes cannot be made after this time, including downsizing the order. If you ordered a custom cake topper, it must be paid for in full when sending the deposit. Custom cake toppers are NON REFUNDABLE. 4 weeks notice is required to order a customised cake topper as they often have a long shipping lead time. This also includes toy figures and flowers.
Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your order-; you must give at least two weeks notice before the original order is due. If you cancel or reschedule within two weeks your deposit is lost. If you cancel your order with 2+ weeks notice, you may redeem your deposit for another Clohessy Cakes order *used within 12 months*
Collection
Collection is from the Clohessy Cakes Studio at Ballynacally, V95PX2A. Please read the information card on the front of your cake box before transporting. Clohessy Cakes will not be held responsible for any damages to your order once collected from the premises. Clohessy Cakes advise that the box should be transported in the boot or the floor (not the seat) of your vehicle, where it cannot tilt to one side. Excessive heat will cause the cake to melt, please ensure the vehicle is cool. Please transfer your buttercream cake straight to the fridge when you get home. Remove the cake one to two hours from the fridge before cutting. Cakes with custom (card/edible images/fondant) toppers and accessories should not be left in the fridge unsealed. Please do not remove packaging until the cake is ready to be left out of the fridge.
Alergens
Clohessy Cakes uses dairy, wheat, nuts barley, eggs, soy in the kitchen. Therefore, at present these cakes are not suitable for anyone with allergens.
